This October, ring in this spooky season with The Night Owl Podcast at the place that started it all, The Spider House grounds! Dating back to the late 1800's, this property was once the site of a dairy farm. Today this location is host to numerous sightings of specters roaming its buildings and grounds. 

 

On October 12th, The Night Owl Spirit Social will fill these grounds with true life ghost stories, flash tattoo booths, panels ranging from lessons in witchcraft featuring our very own Alexis of City Alchemist, to how to hone your psychic abilities with our friend Sara, specialty themed cocktails, raffles, a market of the macabre featuring readers and vendor booths, other paranormal podcaster guests, and a chance to meet and talk to the entire Night Owl team! So come get in the "spirit" of Halloween this October with your favorite spooky local podcast and maybe, just maybe, you'll have a sighting of your very own!

 

All vendors and booths will charge separately for their services or products, tickets to this event only gains you entry to all the aforementioned festivities and panels.

 

The Ballroom bar will be open and selling regular menu items as well as a special Night Owl Cocktail Menu themed after the spirits that haunt these grounds. The food trucks on The Ballroom grounds will also be open but may close early or at their discretion.

• SPOOKY MARKET - an outdoor market with vendors selling crafts, jewelry, oddities and collectibles from artists and practitioners both local and afar! The market will also feature divination and reading offerings such as Tarot, Astrology, and more!  Open 5pm - 10pm

• FOOD TRUCKS/CONCESSION -  The Ballroom parking lot hosts an assortment of food trucks where food and  snacks can be purchased for the majority of the event. The Ballroom bar will also be open for the entire event and will offer their full drink menu along with a special Night Owl cocktail menu for this event.

• SPOOKY RAFFLE -  All attendees will have an opportunity to enter into a spook raffle where we will have numerous prizes to wn throughout the night!

• PARANORMAL PANELS - If you're a listener of the show then you know we have worked with some incredible people in the paranormal field. So we've curated a collection of incredible speakers, presenters, and experts to take the stage and speak on topics including spiritual cleansings, physic ability, haunted objects, Ouija boards, paranormal investigating, podcasting and more! Many of the voices you've heard on the show, including Stephen, Sara and Alexis, along with paranormal friends they've made along the way, will teach, inspire, and enlighten! You don't want to miss this very special new offering we're bringing to this event. • SPECIAL GUEST BOOTHS - The back patio of the Ballroom will host several unique booths from speical guests presenting and speaking at our event. These will range from a display of haunted objects from a haunted museum to a collection of spirit communication apparatus.

• FLASH TATTOOS - For this event we have some very special tattoo artists offering spooky flash tattoos for Night Owls. Ray and Kevin, co-owners of Royal Legion Tattoo (our first episode) will be here as well as our friend and famous "ghost guy" tattoo artist from L.A., Johnny Vampotna! Tattoos will be on a first come first serve basis so you'll need to get in queue when you arrive if you really want one!

• ALL-ACCESS MIXER-  For VIP and All-Access Pass holders only, there will be a one-hour mixer inside the Ballroom and on their back patio. Stephen, his team and many voices you heard on the show will be in attendance so you can mix, mingle and meet the Night Owl team and other Night Owl listeners like yourself. (VIP and All-Access Pass Holders Only)

 

• LIVE CAMPFIRE TAPING - In the tradition of all our Night Owl events, our main event has been our curated true ghost stories told on stage! On this night, we'll be hosting a live taping of a few eerie true tales of the supernatural told by those who experienced them live on stage. Your ghost host Stephen Belyeu has selected these stories to be presented on this spooky night! ​
