Join us for a social gathering and celebration of spirits, and the people who communicate with them, at the Spider House Ballroom!  This event includes a full day of panels with guests handpicked by The Night Owl Podcast, a live podcast taping, meet-ups with panelists/guest speakers, flash tattoos, and an outdoor market full of vendors and divination readers!

VIP pass holders can  order Night Owl specialty cocktails and mingle in the hidden Ballroom Speakeasy with Night Owl host Stephen Belyeu prior to the event kick-off!

T H E   S P I R I T   M A R K E T :   5 p m - 10 p m  (VIP, All-Access, and Panel Pass)

The outdoor market will feature 20+ vendors selling crafts, jewelry, oddities and collectibles from both local and outside  artists and practitioners and will also host multiple forms of divination booths including tarot, astrology, psychic readings & more! 

There will be a vintage Photomatica photo booth and Flash tattoo booths located inside the Ballroom. 

Special guest speakers booths will be located in the back patio of the Ballroom. 

Raffle tickets will be available to purchase at the event.

Hour-long  panels, lectures, and teachings covering a variety of topics will be held in the Ballroom.  Local experts and practitioners will share information, answer questions, and give firsthand accounts of working in their respective fields.  

I SEE DEAD PEOPLE

A panel of psychic/mediums featured on the show discuss their abilities and how they've learned to accept, embrace and grow them!

KEEPIN' AUSTIN SPOOKY

A panel of Austin-based paranormal podcasters discuss the craft, its perks and its perils.

HAUNTED OBJECTS

Owners of the Parapeculiar Museum of Haunted Items will bring some of their collection and discuss the history of, and personal experiences with, haunted objects.

COEXISTING WITH GHOSTS

Owners of businesses and homes featured on The Night Owl Podcast come together and share what it's like to live and work alongside spirits!

THIS HOUSE IS CLEAN

Night Owl Occult Specialist and co-owner of City Alchemist, Alexis Arredondo, will discuss and teach various cleansing practices.

GHOST IN THE MACHINE

A presentation on the history of mediumistic devices from spirit rapping and table tipping, through automatic writing planchettes, Ouija boards, and beyond. Presented by Mysterious Planchette.

I'M INTUITIVE...NOW WHAT?

Veteran psychic medium and Night Owl friend, Sara Reeves,  teaches how to discover and harness your gifts.

VIP PASS - $150

This pass includes access to all festivities:  the outdoor market, readers, flash tattoo booths,  all panels and lectures, the All Access Mixer, the live ghost stories Campfire taping, the live Q&A with the Night Owl Team, PLUS reserved front row seat for the live taping and Q&A, access to the exclusive VIP Lounge Hour with Stephen and the VIP Ghost Tour of the Spider House grounds! This is an extremely limited pass only 10 lucky attendees will get to hold!

ALL-PANEL PASS - $70

This pass includes access to the outdoor market, readers, flash tattoo booths,  all panels and lectures, the All Access Mixer, the live ghost stories Campfire taping, and the live Q&A with the Night Owl Team! ! The only things this pass does NOT include are the VIP Lounge Hour and VIP Ghost Tour. You must purchase a VIP Ticket for those.

PANEL PASS - $40

This pass includes access to the outdoor market, readers, flash tattoo booths, and all panels and lectures. This pass does NOT allow you to attend the All Access Mixer, live ghost stories Campfire taping, the live Q&A with the Night Owl Team, the VIP Lounge Hour or the VIP Ghost Tour. You must purchase the All Access Pass or VIP Pass for these additional events.

*Audio recordings will be made of all panel discussions and all pass holders (Panel, All-Access, and VIP) will recieve a link to access these audio recordings following the event. 

*All Ticket Sales are Final. Event will take place rain or shine.

Company, Venues and Talent shall not be liable to Undersigned or Undersigned’s employees, agents, contractors, licenses or invitees for, and Undersigned waives and releases all such Venues and Talent and any managing agent from, all claims for loss or damage to any property or injury, illness or death of any person in, upon or about the Venues (including claims caused in whole or in part by the act, omission, or neglect of other Undersigned, contractors, licensees, invitees or other occupants of any building, structures and/or other premises, or their agents or employees). The waiver and release contained in this WAIVER AND RELEASE extends to the officers, directors, shareholders, partners, employees, agents and representatives of any Premises and Talent.
