Night Owl Ghost Tours are designed for listeners of The Night Owl Podcast who want to take a deeper dive into the incredible haunted locations explored on the show. Our tours will include:

• An hour-long meet and greet with The Night Owl Podcast crew - full bar and dinner menu available to purchase, dine and drink with the team! Our special Night Owl Hidden Spirits Menu will be available as well!
• A retelling guided tour led by host Stephen Belyeu, clairvoyant Sara, and occult specialist Alexis. The tour will include detailed experiences the team had while investigating this location, along with new stories, theories, and evidence surrounding the case, as well as new discoveries that have come to light since airing the episodes. 
• In-depth history on the location including updates that continued research has brought to light
• Experiments in the field of parapsychology the team will lead and you can partake in.    

So we're calling all night owls out there to come out to our February tour, when we explore the haunted and historic halls of The Clay Pit Restaurant. Don't delay, tickets are very limited. Only 10 slots will be made available for this event.  Estimated duration of the entire event is 3.5-4 hours. 

*Please note this event will involve traversing multiple stairwells, making many portions of this tour inaccessible to those in a wheel chair or unable to climb or descend stairs safely.

In purchasing this ticket to this event you hereby release, waive and discharge and covenant not to sue, ENIGMATIC PICTURES, LLC dba THE NIGHT OWL PODCAST (“Company”), their employees, owners, venues, landlords, tenants (collectively “Venues”), performers and vendors (collectively “Talent”) from any and all liability, claims and demands arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death. Company, Venues and Talent are not responsible for loss of items, trips, falls, animals or anything natural or unnatural occurrence. Company, Venues and Talent shall not be liable to Undersigned or Undersigned’s employees, agents, contractors, licenses or invitees for, and Undersigned waives and releases all such Venues and Talent and any managing agent from, all claims for loss or damage to any property or injury, illness or death of any person in, upon or about the Venues (including claims caused in whole or in part by the act, omission, or neglect of other Undersigned, contractors, licensees, invitees or other occupants of any building, structures and/or other premises, or their agents or employees). The waiver and release contained in this WAIVER AND RELEASE extends to the officers, directors, shareholders, partners, employees, agents and representatives of any Premises and Talent. I am an adult and I am purchasing this ticket by my own free will. I am fully competent. I have the full right and power to agree to this WAIVER AND RELEASE for any minor children in my care.  

AUDIO/VISUAL RELEASE

By use of this ticket, the ticket purchaser/holder (“Holder”) agrees that: ENIGMATIC PICTURES, LLC dba THE NIGHT OWL PODCAST and each of its respective agents, shall have the unrestricted right and license to use his or her image, likeness, name, voice, comments or other proprietary or public rights and that of any minor accompanying ticket holder in any broadcast, telecast or photograph and/or video and/or audio sound recording taken in connection with the event or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the tour, for all purposes, without compensation.
