What is the name of this event for marketing purposes?
Free Range Spirits Presented by The Night Owl Podcast (@thenightowlpodcast on Instagram & FB)
Date/Time/Location of Free Range Spirits:
-October 17th
-5pm-11pm (Market hours 5pm-9pm)
-Jourdan-Bachman Pioneer Farms located at 10621 Pioneer Farms Dr, Austin, TX 78754.

How do I find Pioneer Farms?
Jourdan-Bachman Pioneer Farms is located at 10621 Pioneer Farms Dr., Austin, TX 78754. Directions are: Exit I-35 at Braker Lane (Exit 243), go east and follow the signs (left at Dessau Road, right at Braker Lane East, right at Pioneer Farms Drive).
Are masks required for this event?
Yes. The entire event will follow strict social distancing and face covering requirements per ongoing CDC guidelines and city/county requirements. The market will be a mask-required zone for everyone, including all vendors, volunteers, and attendees, with no exceptions.
Will I be able to take a break from wearing my mask?
Absolutely! There will be designated mask break areas far from the festivities where vendors and attendees can keep safely spaced out.
What do I need to do to be compliant with event safety procedures and protocols?
Shopper limits:
-
There will be a mandatory single person/party limitation while shopping at a booth. The next person/party will be asked to stay on the trail at a safe distance and wait until the booth is clear before entering the area.
Booth setup:
-
We encourage vendors to either bring plexiglass dividers between them and attendees OR plan to keep a distance of at least 6 ft at all times during interactions, in addition to mask-wearing.
-
It’s also strongly encouraged that each vendor put out clear signage with large print any pertinent details, like prices, payment info, etc to limit personal interactions as much as possible.
Payment methods:
-
We are asking that all vendors set up a method for virtual payment so as to avoid handling cash and limit touching credit cards all day. Paypal and Venmo are great options for this.
Customer safety:
-
Common-use areas like restrooms will be deep-cleaned on a regular basis but vendors should plan to bring their own sanitizers and wipes for their booths.
-
Customers should be limited in their abilities to touch items for sale and vendors should be prepared to sanitize when this can’t be applied.
Am I able to have an assistant for the event?
Yes, but please note that each booth should be limited to 1 or 2 “personnel.” If there is a need for more, it must be requested beforehand with reason and approved by our team. Email nightowlpodcastevents@gmail.com
When is load in/load out?
Exact load in time TBD, but load out will take place immediately upon the close of market around 9 PM. Vendors should have a plan in place to get their entire booth setups from a nearby parking lot to the market and we can discuss assistance on a needed basis.
How much space will I have?
Each booth will have roughly 100 sq ft (10ftx10ft) as a minimum setup area and distanced at least 10ft away from other booths. This is an extremely large outdoor area so we have plenty of room to spread out and keep very safe distances.
Will I have power/access to power at my booth?
Power is limited but available to some vendors as-needed on a first come first serve basis. Personal extension cords may be required.
If power is limited, will there be light?
The expected time of sunset is around 7 PM so it will be dark for the last half of the market. The main area of the market will be lit by the venue, but there may be areas where lighting is more limited. Battery-powered personal lighting is strongly recommended.

Will there be restrooms available?
Yes! There will be restrooms available for usage throughout the night. Lines for the restroom will be limited, following six-foot social distance markers on the ground. Only one person will be allowed inside the restroom at a time and masks will be required both in line and inside the restroom.

What happens if the weather is less than ideal?
If the event has to be postponed due to weather or city ordinances regarding the pandemic, all vendors will be notified and can either be refunded for their fee or hold their space for the rescheduled event.
